Conte Piero Apartment: The apartment is on the first floor (no lift). Small hall, living-/dining-room (TV) with double sofa bed, very small room/passage with a double sofa bed, kitchen (oven, washing-machine) with access to the furnished terrace (35 sq.m.) with view over the Arno River. A large, bright bedroom with two beds and sitting room (armchairs, desk), an imposing fireplace and access to the terrace with a fine view that sweeps from the Arno River up to Piazzale Michelangelo. Small bathroom with shower. The living-/dining-room and the bedroom with two beds have an air conditioner. Comfortable furniture. Central heating. Availability of a crib.

Contessa Maria Luisa Apartment: The apartment is on the second floor (access through an open staircase), living-room (TV) with two double sofa beds, large kitchen (oven), 1 bright double room (with desk) with a unique panorama sweeping from the Arno River up to Piazzale Michelangelo. Small anteroom (washing-machine) that admits to a bathroom with tub. The living-room and the double bedroom have an air conditioner. Comfortable furniture. Central heating. Availability of a crib.

Il Bibliotecario Apartment: Third floor (with lift): hall with passage, 1 double room (TV) with double sofa-bed, bright, (with writing-desk), view on the National Library and Piazza Santa Croce, small kitchen/dining-room, small ante-bathroom, 1 bathroom with shower. Individual heating system. The apartment comfortably accommodates two people, or at the most a couple with children.

A big coat of arms distinguishes Palazzo Bombicci Pontelli villa, which also has a large façade and a garden on Lungarno delle Grazie. The first owners, the Caffarellis, to whom the coat of arms refers, sold it to the Pasinis, who transferred it to the Guiduccis who in turn sold it to the Della Fontes... The palazzo (villa) was later inherited by its current owners, the Guicciardini Counts and, following the 1966 flood, it was carefully restored, enhancing the oldest part, still visible on the ground floor.
