Daughter's bedroom very good, although we found out beds narrow

REVIEW: It was a very warm and welcome B & B. Fabio was very helpfull.
The rooms were clean ( every day clean towels) and nice furnitured. The breakfast was delicious. On my birthday I have got a birthday-cake with a candle on it. Very kindfull.
The B&B was close to the Vatican and the metro.We should definitely recommend other people to go here for a nice stay in Rome.

REVIEW: I have no complaints! Very friendly and helpful host and staff, well-maintained and cozy (hotel-like) rooms, convenient location - walking distance from Vatican City and the metro train is directly at the front of the B&B entrance. There's elevator if you're lazy to walk up the stairs. There's also a lovely breakfast included and it's served at a shared dining table with other guests, which gives you a chance to interact with everyone. I could stay here again!

REVIEW: Over all very good. The rooms were clean. Very close to the Vatican City and the metro.Very good trattoria near by. Breakfast so, so. Area around B&B so, so Fabio very helpful

REVIEW: Don't be misguided by the street front gate, what is inside is what really counts and the Fedirici Hotel is one of the best places we've stayed at in Europe. A terrific find in the heart of Rome, right next to the Vatican City and Metro station. The owner couldn't have been more helpful with our every enquiry and he added great value to our stay in Rome. Rooms are clean and well serviced with a super friendly house lady. Excellent value, would definately recommend it and would stay there again if ever in Rome.

REVIEW: Everything they write about Federici bed and breakfast is absolutely true.Fabio an excellent host very helpfull trying always to solve all our inquiries.The rooms very clean and in good location.Just a minute from the metro station.I must not forget to mention the politeness and helpfulness of the cleaning lady (I'm sorry I forget her name).No doubt if we ever visit Rome we'll stay there again.

REVIEW: Neat little place. Room was clean but looked old. Walking distance to Vatican with train station across the street.
Shower cubicle is extremely small with not a very good flow of water from the shower head. Very helpfull caretaker - language a problem at checkin ( no English) but there was someone with good Englisg at Checkout time!!!
Adequate basic breakfast - nothing fancy!!!!!!!!!

REVIEW: Perfect location! Fabio and his Mother were fantastic hosts. attention to detail and very accommodating. Loved the breakfast and the opportunity to chat with the other guests. 6 minute walk to Vatican, 6 second walk to Ottaviano Metro. Outside of building was a little sketchy - we weren't sure we were at the right place. don't judge a book by its cover - Federici B&B was excellent. Would stay there again in a heart beat. REVIEW: A great place to stay. Good location, about 10 seconds walk from the Metro and very close to buses into central Rome and only about 5 minutes away from St Peter's.
Rooms have everything you need and are spotless, also nice and quiet at night, Good breakfast and excellent coffee in the morning.
Fabio was a superb host, very friendly and helpful and really knowledgeable. He put us on to a great restaurant nearby. Make sure you ask him when you stay.
Would definitely come back.

REVIEW: Trés bien placé (métro et bus juste devant la porte)
Accueil très sympathique. Chambre trés correcte et petits déjeuners copieux. A recommander.

REVIEW: Great Location.The building is not the most attractive but accomodations were very good.Enjoyed the gathering area wheren we could have tea ,wine or cold drinks.
The breakfasts were the best we had during our two week tour of Italy.
Fabio, the owner, is a great host. He gave us great information and some first rate eating tips.
We would stay there again.

REVIEW: Federici is very good B&B in Rome situated in 2 blocks near Vatican and metro line. We had a room for 2 (shared bed) with toilet and shower. Room was very clean and nice, windows were oriented to small yard, so it was quiet. Massimo (the owner) is very polite and responsive. He gave us map and drawed few popular routes around the city. Also recommended few great places to eat. We travelled around Italy and it was our best apartment! Owner met us in time and gave all needed keys and instructions. Also there was very good breakfast (compared to other Italian hotels). Don't think to get this B&B, just get it and you will be in safe, clean and quiet place near Vatican. REVIEW: Rome was druk en indrukwekkend. Het was goed dat we een onderkomen hadden waar we goed konden uitrusten. Mooie schone kamer, goed ontbijt, vriendelijke huisbaas, geen geluidsoverlast van omgeving of van andere gasten en de stad goed bereikbaar.
Ga ik weer naar Rome dan ga ik weer naar Frederici,

Federici is a pleasant place.its situation is rather convenient, near Vatican and near subway station.Welcome is OK.The room is clean and the shower so.The room for breakfast is pleasant , we can meet other customers and speak with them.Service for breakfast is quickly and the woman likes to be helpful.It was OK!

REVIEW: Mio marito ed io ci siamo trovati bene al B.e B. Federici.Si trova in un'area abbastanza centrale, si può andare a piedi a S.Pietro ed i mezzi pubblici sono sotto casa. Buona anche la pulizia ed il servizio. Cristina Zoccoletti.

REVIEW: We recommend Federici to all. It is situated just outside the metro which will bring you to the primary attractions in Rome, and is just a quick walk from the Vatican and St Peter. Rooms are decent, and the breakfast is the standard italian - I have always wondered how italians find croissants, cakes and jam a nice start to the day? But what is most extraordinary is the service. The owner, Fabio, knows the city well - has a very good english pronunciation, and gives good tips on where to go and what to do. Brilliant service and great hospitality!
