Bed & Breakfast and Residence Oasis are easily accessible by car in the Ferryboat, from the airport with a direct shuttle (water) service. The B&B is part of an elegant palace in front of the lagoon of Venice with a panoramic view of the St. Marco basin.

We dispose of comfortable double room, equipped with mini-bar air-conditioning, tv and cd player. The contiguous bathroom with shower box is at exclusive use. Private access. Splendid view.

We can accommodate guests in an independent apartment as well. The Residence is located at the ground floor, surrounded by a green court with sitting group for exclusive use. The apartment is composed of a double room, a living-room with two comfortable sofa-beds, a kitchenette, bathroom with shower box, garden. The equipment includes air condition, satellite television, safe and hair-dryer.

Oasis is located 10 minutes by vaporetto (public water transport) from Saint Mark's square, & 7 from the Biennale; 15 minutes walk from the Palazzo del Cinema (International Film Festival) & 3 minutes from the beach.
