REVIEW: Quodlibet is an ideal b&b to discover Rome! Although it's situated nearby the subway station, we very much liked the nice walk to the center of the city (recommended by Quodlibet). The building in which it's situated is authentic, the breakfast was nice, the room was clean. We felt welcome and and at home in Quodlibet. Thanks.

REVIEW: Such a great little 4 roomed B&B. The room we stayed in was very nicely designed and furnished. Ample size for a lengthy stay. The B&B is well placed near the Vatican and just moments away from the metro, the trams and the buses. The breakfast is awesome. Lots to eat and will keep you going until dinner. Best thing? The hosts...Agostino and Gianluca are very welcoming, very friendly and will help you out no matter what. Great restaurant recommendations and great advice about where to go what to see etc etc. Highly recommended.

REVIEW: I stayed two nights at Quodlibet in early April: comfortable, clean, modern, and well-located for visiting the Vatican and areas just east of the Tiber. It was a pleasant base for visiting the city, and I would definitely return. Excellent value for price, as well. With all of that said, after my stay, I did not appreciate receiving - to date - at least FOUR separate emails demanding that I post a comment here. Obviously, I have submitted because I did enjoy the B&B. Just not the spam. Please stop.

REVIEW: We spent 4 wonderful days in Rome between 19-23 April 2012. Our trip became even more wonderful than we expected due to the fact that we stayed in one of the most beautiful, cosy, clean and well staffed B&B in Rome. From the moment we enter our room we could not believe how nice, sunny and spacious it was. The "Winter" room of the Quodlibet was the perfect place to return to, after a long day in Rome full in walking and sightseeing. The breakfast we were served every morning in our room was delicious and it kept us going till afternoon! Last but not least, let us say the best and send our warmest regards to Agostino and Gianluca, who gave us the warmest welcome, provide us with precious advice regarding Rome and never failed to answer to any question we had and help us in the best way they could!!! Great job !!!!!! Keep up the good work!!! Thank you!!!! Warmest Regards Vasilis & Katerina

REVIEW: Very comfortable B&B in a very quiet part of Rome with great transportation links, literally right around the corner from the Ottaviano metro station (with Vatican Museums and St Peter's Basilica just around the corner by foot). We were staying two girls and felt very safe even when returning to the hostel at late hours. You get your own set of keys, so can enter and exit at any time without disturbing anyone. It's also very quiet, so you're away from the hustle and bustle of the street. Breakfast is included in the price, and you get a fair selection (yoghurt, eggs, fruit, toast, cheese, croissant, nutella, orange juice and coffee).. Even though it officially was being served from 8.30 on, Gianluca and Agostino were kind enough to prepare some for us earlier. They were also incredibly helpful, providing useful tips on what to see and do, for those who came unprepared.. Rooms were spacious, very cute, and clean. Definitely recommend it for anyone who wants to stay in this part of town..

REVIEW: What a wonderful stay we had at QuodLibet B&B in Rome! We appreciated the excellent hospitality provided by Gianluca and Agostino--Thank you! They are very friendly and helpful, spending time to make sure we knew how to get around the city and to all the major sights and helping to get reservations and tourist information. They were very gracious in accommodating our particular needs for the room. The B&B is only one block from the Metro and bus stops, making it very easy to get to all areas of Rome using public transportation. The Vatican is within walking distance and we did not hesitate to walk all around the area. The accommodations are spacious, bright and airy, up to date, clean and very well maintained. The breakfast served each morning in our room was beautifully presented and very delicious and satisfying to get us off to a great start for a full day of sightseeing. We would highly recommend staying at QuodLibet and it will certainly be our first choice upon visiting Rome again.

REVIEW: QuodLibet is one of the most charming B&B's that we have stayed in anywhere. We stayed in the Spring room which, while very purple, was welcoming, large, and well appointed. Our hosts were incredibly helpful and amazing at every turn. The bathroom was very nice and clean, the room was large, and for the first time on our trip (3rd B&B we stayed in) we had a table in our room. The Breakfast was not only large (maybe even too large!) but put together just for us and brought to our room at our convenience. The only thing that I could even begin to comment on negatively is the front door: waaay to narrow for a broad shouldered person like me. I always had to go through sideways. To Sum Up: Civilized, Fun, Whimsical, Clean, Well Kept, Quiet, Nice Location, Charming, and Very Well Serviced!

REVIEW: Quodlibet was exactly as promised. Beautiful and spacious room for three. Huge breakfasts that kept us going well into lunch time. Quality support from the staff, kind help, suggestions that made our time in Rome so much better. The staff really took a lot of time with us over the course of the four days that we stayed. The location was great for us because we were planning on using public transportation and our feet so it was perfect. 24 hour bakery downstairs was also very nice. I also wake up much earlier than my travel companions and it was nice to have access to the kitchen to sit and read and drink coffee while waiting for people to wake up.

REVIEW: Our stay at Quodlibet lived up to our high expectations. We were greeted by Gianluca who very patiently went through introductions about breakfast, security of keys etc. He then went on to explain to us as previous visitors to Rome that we could see all the sights on foot or use the metro which is only a very small distance away from the B&B. Having breakfast in our room was a nice touch. The room was comfortable and the ensuite facilities were excellent Recommendations for meals out were very helpful and Plazza Navonne was the area we headed to each evening. It had a wonderful atmosphere and reminded us more of Nice than the centre of Rome. We couldn't believe how cheap it was to eat out - bruschetta x2, spaghetti carbonara x 2, 1 litre of house red and a bottle of still water under 30 euros. Certainly much cheaper than eating elsewhere in Rome and other European capitals - I think the Italians realise prices must be modest to attract visitors on a budget! Recommendations re taxi from airport which was prearranged was helpful if not a little expensive at 47 euros each way. When we return to Quodlibet, and we will, we will use metro to Termini directly to Terminal 3 at Fiumincino.

REVIEW: We just checked out of Quodlibet this morning and have only wonderful things to say about the place as well as our hosts - Agostino and Gianluca. Consolata also though in the background and we never met her was very organized and ensured we got a reminder before our check in and our airport pick up was organized and on time. Traveling with a 2 yr old can be daunting so it was amazing the way Agostino & Gianluca went out if their way to accommodate us and make our stay comfortable in every way. The location, just 2 mins walk from the metro station ensured we were well connected and didn't waste money in taxis to get around. It's also just a 15 min walk from St Peters Square and the Varican Museum. All in all, beautiful rooms, wonderful breakfast and amazing hosts - we would recommend them to anyone who wants to visit Rome and stay in a safe neighborhood close to Vatican City.

REVIEW: Staying at QuodLibet is a *fantastic* way to experience Rome: welcoming, comfortable, and convenient. The B&B itself if beautifully decorated and our room (the Winter Room) was immaculate and more spacious than any we've had in Europe. Gianluca is a gracious, generous host with great recommendations, and Augustino's breakfasts -- served in our room every morning -- were over-the-top in terms of both quantity and quality! The location was perfect for us, walking distance to everything but only a few steps from the Ottaviano metro station and easy access to buses and trams as well. There are great restaurants in the neighborhood, including a popular sweetshop right downstairs. (We also recommend Dal Toscano and La Griglietta restaurants, both on Germanico, and the Fata Morgana gelateria @ Via Barletta 7.) We miss it and will definitely be back!

Colazioni "generosissime" servite in camera !! Grazie ragazzi! Vi aspetto a Verona. PS. Si vola verso il n.1 !!! complimenti.

REVIEW: We were welcomed with Fathers Day cakes, juice and coffee by Gianluca and Agustina. We rang and asked if we could leave our luggage early in the day and this was no problem to them. Do not be put off by the fact that this Excellent B&B is on the fourth floor, the access is no problem and there is a lift. We looked out onto a tree lined street and the room was very quiet indeed. Our room, Summer, was beautifully equipped and spotlessly clean, the bathroom spacious and modern. We loved the decoration and comfort of our room. Our breakfasts were a delight to all of the senses, the smell of the fresh coffee, the sight of the beautifully laid table and the taste of the delicious meats and pastries. As we run a B&B in Tintagel Cornwall we are quite particular about where we stay and this met ALL of our expectations The position was perfect. A very short walk to the Vatican and lovely shops, bars and restaurants (maybe 5 minutes only). Gianluca also arranged a taxi pick up from the airport and back again; the taxi driver was fantastic, and gave us a great tour of Rome (included in a price less than you would pay getting a taxi at the airport!)on the way to our destinataion. The great surprise and pleasure for us was the fact that the metro was 2 minutes away and ran directly into the centre of Rome with no hassle and great speed. So Quod Libet could be used as a base for viewing all of Rome's sights and not just the Vatican. Our hosts were informative and helpful, gave great advice on restaurants and best places to eat Pizza and gelatto as well. Gianlucca also arranged the hire of a vespa to take us up into the hills around Rome...and up to Hadrian's Villa...what a great day out that was and the Vespa pick up and drop off was fantastic. We would go back to Quod Libet any time we visit Rome and we know the welcome would be as great as it was on this our first visit. Congratulations and Good Luck to you Gianluca and Agustina

REVIEW: My adult daughter and I were fortunate enough to stay at Quodlibet in January and we can't recommend it highly enough. This charming bed and breakfast and the intelligent, charming, thoughtful young men who run it simply made our stay in Rome. Everything our hosts did was executed with consideration and care and with the sole aim of making our stay as comfortable and happy as possible. We arrived on new year's eve and had requested that they make a dinner booking for us. The little place in the Ghetto that they selected was perfect with delicious home style food, wonderful friendly service and far away from the busy touristy areas. We loved it. We arrived 'home' that night to find that our hosts had left us a bottle of champagne and 2 glasses to toast in the new year. These little extra touches - from the delicious chocolates, to wonderful advice about museums and transport to the fabulous, generous breakfast - really set Quodlibet apart from other places we stayed at. Quodlibet is wonderfully situated too, close enough to everything yet quiet enough to ensure a good night's sleep. Transport is close and fast and there is a lovely 24 hour bakery at basement level. The place is cheerful, extremely clean, safe and friendly and the hosts are dedicated to ensuring your stay is memorable. They certainly did this for us. If (-when!) we return to Rome we will not hesitate to stay in this 'home-away-from-home'. Very highly recommended!!

REVIEW: The hospitality and attention to small details from the team at Quodlibet, especially Gianluca and Augustino were unrivalled from other Italian B&Bs we stayed at all over the country. Gianluca prepares such a generous and delectable breakfast feast which pleased the typical fussy Singaporean foodies we were. Different teas and various cold cuts daily which we truly enjoyed. Cleanliness, comfort and creativity found in every themed room. The Summer and Spring rooms are colourful and cheery, great for children but the Winter and Autumn rooms are more subtle and cosy for couples. From the time we were picked up by private van at the airport, we felt safe and taken care of. They really know the area and good restaurants so do heed their recommendations on transport and tourist attractions. I had wonderful conversations with them just because they were so warm and friendly and had so much to offer on travel experiences. B&B is perfectly located 1min from subway station and 10mins walk to St Peters Basillica (go at 6am to avoid the snaking queues and don't listen to freelance guides who tout on the streets and claim to give entrance discounts and skip queues). At the main junction there is the best Gelato shop 5min up ahead of the subway which sells the best ice cream I've had in Italy, seriously, because I was on a pistachio gelato hunt. Think shop is called Blue. With their savvy knowledge and fine finesse, you cannot go wrong with Quodlibet because it is run with love and by family. I was a flight attendant and this little quad-room B&B surpassed my discerning expectations. With this review that is my credit to them being duly deserved, I don't think I'll be able to get a reservation again next time since I'm sure this new establishment will become so popular. Gianluca even helped us lug our 12bags down to the car after we checked out. He was just the sweetest gentleman (taking the stairs instead of the small lift with us.) Really, this topped off te start of our wonderful Roman experience. With thanks, Carl & Belle Rodrigues Singapore

REVIEW: We had a very nice stay in Rome. The room was tidy and modern, we felt comfortable. The B&B is situated very good, so after a walk of 10 minutes one is standing in front of the Vatican! Just perfect for enjoying and getting to know Rome. The hosts were very nice and helpful. In fact of our short stay of 4 nights, the breakfast was good and tasty. When staying a few days longer, it could be a little boring, because every morning there are the same products on the table. We loved the pastries! If we're flying again to Rome, we would definitely stay a second time at QuodLibet.

REVIEW: We have spent three nights in Agostino's and Giancarlo's bed&b. It is really a charming place and both of them are very nice, friendly and helpful. They are always ready to help their guests and give them all kind of information. Our bedroom was big, bright and very confortable, with a little table for having breakfast and a very lively decoration. The ensuite toilet was very well equipped. Breakfast was very good, with tasty croissants from the baker's next to the b&b, fruit, coffe, toast... It is five minutes from the Vaticano on foot and you have the underground round the corner. I think it is a very good election if you want to be in the centre of Roma, next to the metropolitan and most tourist places and a very nice accomodation.

REVIEW: About my score: If I give 10 it would mean that they could not improve. Therefore I give 9, never stop improving! That said: I was very, very satisfied. A friendly welcome (and a bonus that the innkeepers know my hometown very well ;-) was the first impression. Perfect. And this impression of the staff was the same during my entire stay: serviceminded and helpful. The room had everything that I wanted and was cleaned every day. I am sure that I have found my little place in Rome. So keep up the good work and I will be looking forward to see you again.

REVIEW: We spent five nights at QuodLibet and appreciated everything. Agostino and Gianluca are super hosts and most helpful! The breakfast was plentiful with delicious croissants from the bakery downstairs, fresh fruit, cheese, salami, marmelades, eggs, nice coffee and tea etc. We would recommend your place to anybody who appretiates a family atmosphere. The suggested transport from and to the airport also worked very well. As QuodLibet is on the 4th floor the room was quiet in spite of facing the street. The only negative thing was that I felt that the bed (we had twins beds) was a litte bit too narrow. Maybe because I am used to a different, bigger one at home :-) But that is just a minor detail. I would still choose QuodLibet next time I visit Rome! Arrivederci!

Location is good though very few choices for vegetarians in the area. There is a shopping area close by that was excellent for reasonable priced shopping. Amalfi restaurant had good pizza. Definitely recommend this for anyone. Don't hesitate. We stayed in the autumn room. The only thing is that the mattress are soft. Some people might not like it.

Every morning we had breakfast brought to our room which was lovely and very relaxing. The location is superb - 50 meters to the metro and a ten minute walk to St Peter's. Downstairs is a wonderful pastry shop where we bought our sandwiches for the day's outing! Everything is very convenient. The brothers who run the B&B are LOVELY.

Excelent accomodation, excelent location, very good breastfast (quality and service), excelent and kind attention and very good the cooperation to offer transfer from and to the airport. If you would like to improve something, I could reccoment to improve the entrence hall (aisle) between the elevator and the door of the accomodation. There are a big contrast between the accomodation and this corridor. Also, we could recoment to explain in any way in the web page the accomodation system (B&B). At least personally I did not know the system and when I arrive to the place I saw the bulilding without visible sign and at the verry begining I thought the were not accomodation at all. The elevator in the building is refreshing to save your energy for all of the walking and steps in Rome! The hosts ensured that our stay was well complimented with recommendations on restaurants ( local, reasonably priced establishments frequented by Italian locals) and transportation ideas for all over the city. This level of service ensures that you will have the most memorable stay in Rome at Quodlibet! Another plus point is that, is near to the train station, walk-able distance around 3 to 5 mins. The hosts are friendly and provide us a lot of travel tips on how to get to the attractions in Rome. REVIEW: We stayed at QuodLibet for 7 nights at the end of November in the Summer double room, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stayed. The hosts are attentive and welcoming. Upon our arrival, they took time to recommend places to visit and restaurants to go. The place is new and very clean. No cooking in the kitchen, but coffee and a selection of tea is offered to make a hot beverage. Great variety for breakfast - fresh bakeries, toasts, buns, cheese, deli meat, soft boiled egg, juice, coffee/tea, butter, jam, Nutella are all included! It's nice to start a packed day with good breakfast. The B&B is on a busy street, but the sound insulation of the window is good. We could hear mumbles from the street at times, but could still sleep well. The location is very convenient, a few minutes of walk from Ottaviano-S.Pietro metro stop, 10 minutes of walk to the Vatican, and 10-15 minutes of walk from restaurants and shopping areas. There are some nice shops on Via Dei Gracchi, and we went to Ristorante Cesare for a nice dinner. The restaurant is about 20 minutes of walk away, and it served awesome Italian/Mediterranean food! We had fried fish and risotto for main courses, a nice break from pizza, pasta, and prosciutto, but still authentic Italian food. The other way that we would tell it was authentic was that it seemed we were the only non-Italians in the house that night! Don't worry, the waiter was able to communicate with us in English. And the website is also available in English. Instead of taking the train from Fiumicino Airport, we took the shuttle bus that was offer to us at the "information" booth at the airport, opposite to the train ticket booths. It costs 15 Euro for the shuttle bus, the same as the fare for the train (14 Euro) + fare from the termini to Ottaviano-s. Pietro station (1 Euro). The 7 to 8 seater shuttle took three groups of people including us, and we were lucky to be the first one to let off, right in front of the B&B! We took the shuttle again when we return to the airport, and we were the only ones in the spacious shuttle, better than a taxi! Rome was more beautiful and clean than we expected, 8 days were plenty for us to visit all the main attractions and even go back to enjoy some of the sites again. The warm hospitality at QuodLibet certainly provided a good base for us to explore the city. I would definitely recommend this place!

REVIEW: Quodlibet is well located, close to Vatican City, extremely close to the Metro stop. Weather was nice and no noise issues. Individual climate controls in room were very nice. Facilities very clean and modern. We couldn't figure out how to keep from getting bathroom floor wet when shower was used given position of shower head. Bathroom fan was noisy and ran after light was turned off but not a big deal. We stayed in Autumn (family room) and it was spacious for four. Breakfast selection was huge, so there was no room on the small table in our room for all the food! Pastries were fresh (from shop downstairs); if you have a special request, don't be shy to make it. All staff members were so helpful and pleasant, we loved you all! Thanks again for the personal service to help navigate return of the rental car! Would highly recommend Quodlibet; would definitely stay there again. Suggestion for future visitors, if you want to visit Borghese Gallery, arrange before you arrive, we'd been told "just have your hotel do it when you get there". Quodlibet staff was very helpful and called for us, but no reservations were available so we were not able to visit and had hoped to do so, assuming that one or two days in advance once we arrived would be sufficient.

In particular the room was spotlessly clean and of a very high standard and beautifully furnished. The building was very quiet and peaceful and very close to St. Peter's Square. The breakfast was absolutely delicious(huge amounts of lovely food!) and the hosts did not mind that I bought "special bread" for my quite restricted diet. They were very helpful and sympathetic when my husband became ill and needed medication, going to the pharmacy and purchasing the medication as we would have struggled to communicate with the pharmacist. We would definately recommend this apartment to our friends and family and will be booking it again on our return to Rome as we did not have enough time to see all the wonderful sights. REVIEW: Vi bodde to netter her i sept 2011.

REVIEW: I can't say enough good things regarding our stay at QuodLibet. The accomodations are new, clean, and convenient to nearly anywhere in Rome as the Ottaviano Metro station is 50 meters from the Hotel. It is a 10 minute walk to St. Peters Bascilica and about half that to the entrance to the Vatican Museums. The breakfasts were great, filled with fresh pastries, fruit, yogurt, coffee, tea etc. If you want to go directly to the old town, taxis run about 10 euro. You really can't beat the location, price, and hosptitality of the staff at QuodLibet.

REVIEW: We very much enjoyed our stay at this lovely accommodation in Rome. The rooms and bathrooms are modern and immaculately clean, the location (close to the Vatican and just near a metro station) is very convenient, and the hosts, Agostino and Gianluca, are charming and extremely helpful. It was much nicer than staying in a big hotel. We felt very relaxed and at home here, and especially appreciated being able to make ourselves a cup of tea in the kitchen. I would recommend it to anyone for a very pleasant and enjoyable stay. Thank you.

REVIEW: I had the good fortune of finding this wonderful B&B on Trip Advisor. I enjoyed a fantastic experience from the moment I began booking my room. Quodlibet exceeded my expectations. All of the rooms were beautifully decorated. I stayed in the spring room and was delighted by the beautiful colors, modern furniture and the most comfortable bed that I have slept on throughout my year-long travels in Italy. Gianluca and Augusto were friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and all around wonderful hosts. The biggest surprise to me was the breakfast, which not only was served in my room, but consisted of an enormous selection of food and beverages. I felt like I was being fed by my Italian grandparents-it was pure heaven. Quodlibet is located within walking distance to the Vatican and the Metro, as well as a superb restaurant called Antica Griglia Toscana, which was recommended by our hosts at Quodlibet. I have already informed friends and family about this incredible B&B and I hope to stay here whenever I visit Rome. Thank you Augusto and Gianluca for an unforgettable stay. -Nicole

REVIEW: Hi Quodlibet, We had a very lovely stay with you all at the end of September 2011. We were very impressed with your warth, helpfullness and willing to please with all of our varied requests. Quadlibet as perfectly situated in very safe area of Rome and just a minute from the Metro line, which we had never used prior to this of many trips to Rome. Many visits spent walking from location to location, but Metro was fantastic for much cheapness and fast. Our room was " Autum", beautifully presented and a very safe bolt hole in Rome for us to spend a cool night as Rome was still very warm. As for our host's : Gianluca & Agostino, they both were very helpful patient, over generous with breakfast and knoledable on Rome and all it has to offer !. A jazz club next to the Spanish Steps was suggested to us and we had the best night out for many years, even staying out to 1am !. We would recommend Quodlibet to all of our large family and friends and if you went there, you would not be dissapointed. Looking forward in returning to you with our kids & grankids. lots of love Bernadette & Ian from bonny Scotland.

REVIEW: We stayed at QuodLibet near to Rome Vatican City in Sept 2011 for 4 nights. It is indeed a charming bed and breakfast lodging with a simple and yet tastefully done up room. The room is bright, spacious and clean and with air-cond. The attached shower and toilet is also spacious and with clean towels. It also comes with free wi-fi. Every morning we were served good and generous amount of breakfast. The location of QuodLibet is ideal for tourist as it is convenient for shopping, food and metro stations are all within walking distance. It is about 30 to 40 min away from Cimpino airport. There is also taxi to pick us up and send us to the airport upon request. We want to say THANK YOU to Mr Gianluca, Mr Agostino and Ms Consolata. They are very friendly, helpful and gentle. They also speak good English. Our thanks especially to Mr Gianluca for packing breakfast for our take away on the last day when we leave in early morning. We are very happy with our stay at QuodLibet and also our enjoyable holiday at Rome city. We will surely recommend to those who are going to Rome to stay at QuodLibet. Thank you again to all of you that we can have a good and enjoyable holiday at Rome.

REVIEW: It is with great pleasure that I write this review and recommend QuodLibet to future travellers. Location: very close proximity to the Vatican City area; various shops and restaurants just outside the main apartment; a minute's walk to the main shopping area; 50metres to the Ottaviano Metro (a great bonus at the end of a long day when one's feet are sore from long walks); bus stop across the road; 24hour bakery just downstairs! QuodLibet itself is located on the fourth floor of a quiet apartment block. There is a lift which goes upstairs, the lift is a bit small but works. Room: we stayed in the "Autumn room" which we loved! The entire apartment is newly renovated, so everything is new, neat and really comfortable. The only concern if I may find one for future visitors, is that the shower area above the bathtub is somewhat narrow and perhaps you could ask for a room with a wider bathtub. Room has AC which was so needed, Rome was very hot! Breakfast: was served every morning in our room. What a feast! Breakfast was really an indulgence of all sorts: Nutella, Croissants, DoNuts, Yoghurt, Cheeses, biscuits & crackers, excellent coffee and more Nutella!! (cold meats/ham were available on request but we don't eat that). Kitchen: we had access to the general kitchen area, which was a bonus. Used the fridge to keep our colddrinks (this was most welcome in the heat), and also used the crockery/cutlery which was also nice to have access to. Guesthouse owners: The guest house is run by Agostino and Gianluca. It was Gianluca?s turn to be at the guesthouse during our week. He provided us with a map of the city on arrival, and suggested how we could group our areas of interest together. This proved most useful in making the most out of our trip. It was our visit to Rome / Italy. We received drinks on arrival which was also great, as we had travelled some 16 hours before getting to the apartment. General: Gianluca was a very pleasant and helpful host, and the apartment was top notch. We have absolutely no reservations in recommending this apartment to future visitors. We have great memories and will definitely return as some point.

REVIEW: Dear QuodLibet's! I wrote this in german, because there is no review in german yet. And anyway i just subscribe to the other positive reviews - they are all true! good luck to quodlibet

REVIEW: Hello, we stayed at Qoudlibet for four nights in September. What an excellent find. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower was excellent and there was free WiFi! As the guest house was new everything was perfect and our host was very charming and helpful. Each morning he bought us a scrumptous breakfast and he was always ready to help us plan our day and find our way around Rome. We also had use of the kitchen for making cups of tea in the evening. The guest house is situated very near the metro and the Vatican. It is also well placed for walking to all the sights of the city. We had a fabulous time exploring Rome, but it is a very busy (and hot) city so it was always good to return to the comfort of our guest house and very quiet air conditioning. Thank you Gianluca!

REVIEW: My daughter and I had a lovely stay in Quadlibet this September. The room was very clean, spacious and decorated in modern bright colours, but at the same time individual, like a boutique hotel. Breakfast was served to our room each morning and there was an ensuite showerroom as well as a large tv. I had thought we were told there were British tv channels but we couldn't find them, but this didn't affect our stay at all. It would be good to have a higher clothes rail in the wardrobe as it wasn't quite tall enough for clothes to hang freely. There was access to a kitchen area should you want a drink at any time. The owners were very helpful, and keen to make our stay enoyable. The accommodation was very close to the vatican so very central and there is a metro stop a minute's walk from the B & B. The accommodation is in a secure building and the area had plenty of shops and restaurants and felt very safe at night. We loved Rome and would have no hesitation in booking this accommodation again. Great.

We loved the room and it was extremely clean and tidy. In the morning Augustino brought us a delicious breakfast which was much more than we expected! We were so full we didn't even need to have lunch! I wish we could've stayed longer at QuodLibet because I enjoyed the accommodation so much and it was really beyond our expectations. It is also very close to the metro and bus station so you can easily get to all major sights in Rome within a few minutes. It is in walking distance of the Vatican as well. REVIEW: Very good address for spending some nights in Rome. The rooms are new and comfortable, quiet, very clean and well maintained. Everything worked well from the booking to the arrival and to the time we left again. The B&B is directed by two young and very nice guys, who speak English and are very kind, uncomplicated and helpful. Whenever one needs an address or information where and how to go, they are there to help you. Breakfast is good and plenty with good Italian Espresso and is served on the room. The only thing that I would criticize is the time when breakfast is served. Being an early-bird 08:30am is a bit too late for my taste, especially when you want to leave early for avoiding the great heat in summer or the queues for some sight-seeing objects. But there is always the possibility to arrange something with the owners. The B&B is located on a strategic place near the Vatican. The underground, tram and bus are very near and just beside the B&B there is a bakery that is open 24 hours a day (which may come in helpful). We really enjoyed our stay in Rome and at this B&B and can thus highly recommend it.

Ivan & Mattia

REVIEW: Our group of 7 (Family of 5, 1 friend, and 1 nephew, ages ranging from 17 to 55) thoroughly enjoyed our stay of 6 nights! The kids as well as the adults loved our stay. We felt blessed to have found this beautiful accommodation on the internet. Beautifully decorated, the comfortable environment, excellent service, satisfying breakfasts, and personalized attention at great rates was more than we had anticipated. We all felt to home! The location is great (down the street from the Vatican) and made it extremely easy to walk or take the nearby metro to see all the attractions. Our hosts were most helpful and spent lots of time answering all our questions and giving tips on sites and the easiest and most economical way to see sites. Info on nearby restaurants and the 24 hour bakery next door was great. We have already referred 2 people to this beautiful b & b and will plan to stay here for our next trip to Rome!

A presto allora. Lo Staff di QuodLibet bed and breakfast Roma

REVIEW: We very much enjoyed staying at the Quodlibet. Our hosts were very welcoming as well as informative about things like transportation and restaurants, and their breakfast service was fantastic. The rooms were very nicely decorated and comfortable. We stayed in a quad room the first night (four of us- my wife and I and our two kids, aged 20 and 17) and then moved into two double rooms, as we switched the dates of our reservation last-minute and the first night only a quad room was available. Because of this last-minute switch there was some confusion about our airport pick-up, but we were able to find a cab to bring us to the Quodlibet for a similar price. Overall we loved the B&B and enjoyed getting to know our hosts. We would definitely recommend it!

REVIEW: Everything was great. Very clean and quiet and the staff was terrific -- pleasant and helpful. Very convenient to Vatican, easy walk. For my plans, it was a little far from other sites and the public transportation not fast or reliable. Strike and construction were partially at fault, so another time would probably be better. Breakfast was a lot of food.

REVIEW: We loved QuodLibet. Perfect location -- easy walk to the Vatican, one block from a Metro stop. Tucked upstairs in a traditional old-Rome building. I didn't shop around much, but the value was very good for the price we paid. The guesthouse was recently renovated and it's new from top to bottom. Our room was clean with plenty of space for two. Bathroom outstanding, with a shower. Breakfast featured plenty of bread, our favorite food. Our hosts were helpful and friendly. We stayed here our first three nights in Italy, then were gone for three, then back for one night before we left for the airport the next day. We considered staying at a place closer to the airport for our final night but were so glad we went back to QuodLibet because we were in the heart of Rome. I would stay here again and highly recommend it for anyone who is looking for a place that's easy, comfortable and convenient.

REVIEW: A delightful, colourful, restful place to stay. I was impressed with the quality of furnishings, fittings and lovely ambience of this charming bed and breakfast. The owners/hosts were always helpful and attentive to my needs. Including offering suggestions as to where to go and even finding out how to get there which is important when you don't speak the language, and offering fruit for breakfast, perfecto! I always felt safe, and very comfortable staying there. I stayed there for a number of days and it started to feel like "a home away from home". I was travelling alone and it was very important for me to feel safe, and having the contact with the owners I think made all the difference to making my stay feel more personable. REVIEW: We just came back from Rome, had a wonderful stay at QuodLibet. We were a family of 4 and had rented 2 rooms for 2 nights. The location was ideal, 2 minutes from the Metro and a 10 minute walk to St Peter's. The area was very safe, even walking late at night. The rooms are on the 4th floor with good security, there is a small elevator so it makes it easy to get to the floor. The rooms have just been renovated, very clean, well decorated, spacious, modern furniture, etc. The service from the B&B was excellent - Gianluca was waiting for us at the agreed upon time, he helped us with our bags, went over the requirements with us, was very helpful in identifying good local restaurants and places of interest, gave us a map of Rome with areas to see, etc. He was very helpful and accomodating during the entire stay, provided us with his cell number to call him at anytime. Breakfast, served in the room, was also excellent with lots of croissants and breads, yoghurt, tea, juice. On the 2nd morning we had an early departure and he agreed to provide us with an early breakfast. The only negative was the towels were new and gave off some lint when used, otherwise it was an excellent stay and exceeded our expectations. We would definately return to this B&B.
