Antica Masseria Timparuci is an ancient typical Sicilian stonehouse located at 2km from Modica (UNESCO Patrimony of the Humanity) in the Sicily's historic south-east district, best known for its Baroque architecture. It is the ideal place for discovering the suggestion of Modica, the charm of Noto, the beauty of Sicily, as well as the wonderful Mediterranean sea.

The house has been completely restored and divided into 3 apartments: the four- rooms apartment Scirocco and the Libeccio and Grecale studio-apartments They are all furnished with king size beds, satellite LCD TV, air conditioning and internet acces. Extra beds and cots are available on request; a fully equipped kitchenette, iron, hair dryer and washing machine are at guests disposal.

All around the beauty of Sicily from the surrounding hillside to the Mediterranean Sea. Guests can enjoy a private estate of 2 hectares and the swimming pool equipped with gazebos, sunbeds and deck chairs.
