The B&B is just 500 metres from the famous De Medici park in Villa Demidoff, 5 km from the Etruscan-Roman Centre in Fiesole and 15 km from Mugello and its International Racing Circuit. This, then, is simply the ideal Bed and Breakfast for visiting wonderful Florence and Fiesole and, at the same time, for enjoying relaxing evenings among the Florentine hills. The "superior" room has his own private entrance and face onto the garden. It boast air-conditioning, TV, minibar, stone bathrooms with bathtubs and showers: ideal, then, for romantic weekends. The other 4 rooms have hall private en-suite bathrooms and you are free to add a third bed if you wish. All the rooms have truly stunning views.

The bed and breakfast living room boasts a lovely fireplace and imposing large windows. Everything here is available to the guests including, of course, the spacious terrace, with its splendid view of Florence and nearby Fiesole. When the weather is good, you can enjoy your breakfast on this fine terrace, or you can take the sun and just relax and enjoy the wonderful atmosphere and vistas.

The Bed and Breakfast villa, then, has its own private car park for the guests. The outdoor swimming pool is in function from May to October. In the the garden you will also find a Jacuzzi for four persons.
