La Vigna is an important and exclusive villa with independent access, built of stone, according to the "rules" of the Loepoldine Villas in Tuscany. The Villa is located at the doors of the Casentino, a wonderful valley which links the province of Arezzo of the province of Florence.

The Casentino is famous for its forests (Casentino Natural Park), its monasteries, and its typical villages.

The villa is built on a gentle hill just over the town of Subbiano.

The Villa has been recently carefully restored, and a swimming poll has been built.
