In the marvellous hills on 254 m.a.s.l. and just 5 km from the Adriatic coast is situated this new and comfortable residence. It offers 10 apartments for 2 to 6 persons, each of the apartments has a large balcony and a wonderful view over the landscape. Besides the sunny apartments in bright colours a swimming-pool with sun-chairs ia available for the guests.

For cooler days you can enjoy even an in-door-swimming-pool.

The residence is opened all the year apart from some days in January.

The kitchen is well-furnished with refrigerator and all you need for preparing meals. However, this does not mean that you have to cook every day! A restaurant of the same proprietor is in a distance of 50 m.

There the "Mamma" the boss. Remarkable that you will always find fresh fish as her husband is a fisherman. Of course you will have excellent meal dishes too.

For those who want to have the breakfast included please ask for the price when you are booking. Just 500 m away you will have a little golf-course and the possibility for going on horse back in a distance of some kilometres.

In one hour in car you will arrive in the Sibillini Mountains where you can find a real paradise of pure nature and a botanic which is hardly to find in other places of Europe!

For culture you will have lots of possibilities to visit. In a range of max. 45 km middle-aged towns invite you to stroll along the wonderful romantic streets, leaving behind the present and touch the breath of the past: Ascoli Piceno (45 km), Fermo (30 km), Offida (30 km), just to name some of these jewels. Discover this wonderful and amazing territory and you will find Italy in just one region.
