Here, Asti Spumante sparkling wine and Moscato d'Asti muscatel wine are made. The land is pleasant, spattered with hills which are crossed geometrically by the vines. Between the vines, then, the forest underbrush offers precious Alba truffles, the undoubted treat of the local cuisine.
