A real farm guest house with swimming pool in the heart of Tuscany

The Holiday Farm Fauglia is located in the heart of Tuscany,6 km away from the medieval village of Montaione. It's a magnificent stone farmhouse, accurately renovated,surrounded by vegetation, in a heaven of peace. Set on a low hill in the hearth of the tuscan countryside. The farmhouse is enclosed by a renovated barn.

It's divided in 6 flats. Three flats are on the firt floor: Pervinca,Ginestra and Erica.

Pervinca is an apartament with one double room, one twin bed room, two bathrooms, living room with double sofa bed and a separated kitchen.

Ginestra has one double room, one twin bed room, 2 bathrooms, kitchen-livingroom with double sofa bed.

On ground floor of the magnificent farmhouse there are three apartaments: Violetta, Lavanda e Malva. Each flat is charecterized by independent entrance and a little private garden.

All bathrooms are with shover. All apartaments are provided with linen, pots, pans and cutlery, oven, fridge, tv/sat, safe and indipendent heating sistem

The swimming-pool (12x6) with sea-salt sistem, is adjacent to the house and it's open from 1/05 to 15/10 The farm extends for 27 hectars, characterized by presence of vineyard and olive grove,but also by horses,donkeys,sheeps, goats, gooses and hens, all living in a natural state.

Our guests can use the barbecues. Pets are allowed only in the period of low and medium season and only if little size
