Casa "Martlhof", in Selva di Val Gardena, right in the heart of the Dolomites in Alto Adige, is perfectly located amongst green nature with a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains. Guests have access to two wonderful independent apartments for up to 4 people each. The apartments are extremely peaceful and are always bathed by the sun and surrounded by lawns stretching over about 7000 square metres. For lovers of Winter Sports, the location of these apartments in the heart of the Selva di Val Gardena area, is second to none. In Winter, you can get to the ski tracks on foot in just 5 minutes (Sasslong Track "B"). From the ski tracks you can take a direct connection, along the Ciampinoi, to the "Giro della Sella" and the top-class Dolomite Superski area.

The "Martlhof" home has typical local furnishings and is extremely warm and welcoming. It has two independent apartments of about 44 square metres and is located on the first floor of the property. Each apartment has a double bedroom, a lovely kitchen with dining area, with all the items you need and a removable double sofa bed. The bathrooms have showers and there is also satellite TV (also offering pay TV). The prices include bed and bathroom linen.

Casa "Martlhof" provides its guests with parking spaces in the garage and a storage area for skiing gear.

On request, you can order sandwiches for breakfast or have breakfast at the adjacent Garnì. We also provide a laundry service on request.
