The villa is located in the sunny countryside of the Upper Tiber Valley, where Tuscany reveals its very soul with placid hills, wide pastures and sunflowers fields. The hamlet or, more properly, Borgo, has been completely restored to its original splendor and offers three luxurious holiday residences arranged around a lovely garden and a stunning swimming-pool. Great care was taken to maintain the original structure intact while providing complete modern comfort.

The property comprises the three buildings of the old farm which have been converted in thirteen apartments with luxuriously furnished interiors in which traditional beamed ceilings and tiled floors provide a backdrop to a valuable collection of local antiques. Spacious, with private sitting rooms and full country kitchens, all suites ensure maximum privacy and extra personal space.

The apartments host from 2 to 5 persons and the whole villa hosts up to 30 persons. You will enjoy being within easy reach of any sort of attractions and facilities, yet, at the same time you will enjoy having privacy and space enough to relax in a fabulous setting.

Thanks to its location, day trips abound: easy day trips include the major sites of Central Italy (Arezzo, Cortona, Siena, Gubbio, Perugia, Assisi, Firenze, the Chianti area ...) and others activities such as hike and bike tours, horse riding, no-kill fishing, thermal spa, cooking classes, vine tasting are all available within a short drive
