"Ca Preziosa" is located at the end of the Cannaregio quartier and at the beginning of the Castello one. It is a very quiet, charming and lightly flat located on the ground floor of a venetian building of the XVIII Century. It has been completely restaured and refurnished at the beginning of April 2009.

It is composed by: private entrance, very large living room with 2 comfortable sleeping sofas, dining area with wonderful wooden table and chairs and kitchen corner, 2 double rooms, two bathrooms, one with tube and the other one with shower.

The apartment is endowed with a fully equipped kitchen, TV, DVD player, radio, self-controlled heating.

San Marco Square only 10 minutes away. Steps away from where we are you can find the famous and romantic Miracoli Church. The Rialto bridge is only 5 minutes walking distance and S Marco Square about ten. From the flat you can easily reach walking either the Arsenale and the Biennale art exhibition.
