REVIEW: The older lady at the reception desk was very rude. The younger lady was much more helpful.
Our room was very shabby and in need of an uplift. The carpet was worn, the furniture was old (not antique, but shabby). The room size was more than adequate, but a king and twin bed were in it which made it crowded.
We loved the Dolomites and the location, but will not recommend this hotel to anyone.
