Podere I Filari is located in the Chianti region (San Casciano Val di Pesa)noted for being one of the most beautiful areas in Toscana. This particularly ambient property benefits from wonderfully panoramic views across a typical Chianti valley, with authentic rustic buildings, olive groves and vineyards.

Podere "I Filari" itself dates 13th century. Over the past 200 years the house has been restored, maintaining its original features and highlighting its rural structure - stone and brickwork, dry stone walls, coats of arms, and shrines. It is equipped with its own panoramic and spectacular swimming-pool (16x 5.5m) aminds olive trees and vineyards considered the most beautiful of the area. The swimming pool is a Podere I Filari's private property from the 15th of May till the 30th of September"

Podere I Filari provide its guests three apartments: Filari 2 (2/4 persons) that afterward we describe; Filari 3 (2 persons), 28mq. a big room with cooking corner, bathroom with shower, equipped and panoramic meadow outside; Filari 1 (6 persons), 100 m2, three bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower, sitting/dining room, panoramic terrace.

Secluded from other houses, Filari is far removed from the noise of traffic and the daily hustle and bustle, and offers the tranquillity of this wonderful countryside. It is closed to most important Tuscany art-towns that it is possible to reach in a short time because of a nearby speed way net..

Filari 2 apartment (2 - 4 persons) Filari2 is a 45 m2 apartment. Consists in a big room divided in two areas from an arc with an heavy curtain, a sleeping area with a wedding bed and a living/eating area There is also a well equipped kitchen with washing machine, a new bathroom and an upper terrace of 45 m2 . It is possible to add, free of charge, in the sleeping area a little bed for a child till 8 year old. The apartment can be enlarged (55 m2) with a second bedrooms (wedding bed) for two more persons with a reduced increase of costs Before Filari2 an area, panoramic on a volley, with shadow because of a many branches and leaves tree.
