Here, in a corner of the greenest Marche, the owners, with their constant and discrete presence, warmly welcome you to this kind and gentle land. You are in the heart of The Marche, in the area where Verdicchio wine is produced. This grape variety expresses its best peculiarities thanks to the favourable characteristics of the local soil.

The farm consists of four hectares of certified origin (D.O.C.) Verdicchio vineyards, one hectare of olive trees of mixed varieties, and half a hectare of truffle ground. The central location of the Agriturismo makes it a comfortable starting point for any tour around the region, from the coast to the Sibillini mountains.It is possible to plan day trips of great tourist and natural interest to the Riviera del Conero, Frasassi caves, centers of artistic interest like Jesi and its castles, Fabriano the homeland of paper, Urbino the birthplace of Raffaello, and many other charming villages where tranquillity and grace reside.

The agriturismo, converted from an original farmhouse, consists of three independent units for families or groups. Despite being located in the quietness of the country, the village is within easy access, just half a kilometre away. Available to all guests is a common swimming pool and a covered pergola for each apartment.Upon arrival, Anna and Carlo will welcome you.

Always available to help guests, if you wish, they can inform you about customised tours and on the main natural and artistic sights, including suggestions on how to find the best local food and wine. At Parva Domus we do not serve meals, but we do organise wine-tasting with the farm's products (wine, oil, charcruterie). This occurs in the historical wine cellar of the manor house.

Such gatherings are friendly occasions to make new acquaintances and pleasant conversation.Furthermore, Parva Domus has arrangements with restaurants and pizzerias where typical dishes are prepared using local foodstuffs. The agriturismo Parva Domus is a member of the Distretto rurale di Qualità "Colli Esini".

This organisation is formed by enterprises operating at high levels of quality.The agriturismo is located in an airy and panoramic position on a gentle hill at 380m above sea level, across the valleys of the Misa and Esino rivers. It is divided into three roomy and comfortable apartments with independent entrances.

These living units have been restored with special care to details (decorative beams, fired-brick and wooden floors) and the well-preserved furniture of rural tradition has belonged to the family for centuries. The guests can expect a free and independent stay in a healthy environment. For open air relaxation, every apartment is provided with its own pergola and garden. The swimming pool is on a natural terrace perfect for sunbathing.
