C'Era Una Volta
A typical Umbrian farmhouse just opposite the Perugia walls

"C'era una volta"... "Once upon a time"... is a B&B immersed in the green hills of Umbria, in front of the ancient walls of Perugia, and therefore a perfect starting point to visit the city.

The construction, conformation and material used (brick tiles and stone), is the typical umbrian farmer house. Because of our respect for our surrounding nature we are adopting a sistem of self-producing energy.

The guests can stay in an independent apartment on the second-floor, newly renovated with all the comfort needed.

Elements dear to traditions, such as grandmother's furniture, beams in wood, and series of old agricultural instruments makes the frame for the whole house.

A big porch sorrounds the structure and here you have a possibility to lay down on the hammock and listen to the birds singing or if you are a moring person hearing the rooster say goodmorning.

If you feel more active you can take walks in the immensive woods to pick typical products. Or you can just embrace the nature and the panoramic view by taking a bicycleride.
