The B&B provides a friendly, charming and safe environment. It is separated by a door from the penthouse where Lia lives with her family and pets: you can keep your own privacy and feel "at home". You will have the information needed to ensure that you will enjoy your Roman Holidays. Lia speaks Italian, English and some Spanish and French.

When you're back from your tours in crowded and noisy downtown, you can really "do like a Roman", sitting on a park-bench under the trees of the gardens, enjoying a glass of wine and pasta or a fresh beer and pizza in the local bars, pub, bistrot and restaurants.

Breakfast: Italian continental self service breakfast buffet - expresso, coffee, cappuccino, tea, juice, croissants, toasted bread with butter and jam - is available in the breakfast room, where there is a refrigerator reserved to guests, and is included.
