This apartment, completely restored in 2005, is settled in a palace built in the Sixties. This apartment, on the second floor with a lift, is just in front of the sea.

Equipped with air conditioning/heating, it is composed of: entrance, kitchenette (electric cooker, fridge, microwave oven), bathroom, large living room (equipped with two beds and two put-me-up chairs) and spacious, panoramic terrace overlooking the sea.

The parking place is inside the garden of the property. A private beach, accessible to a wheelchair with assistance, is at your disposal.

In the neighbourhood you can find every kind of shops, restaurants, markets, laundries etc. A restaurant overlooking the sea is on the first floor of the building.

A 5 minutes walk takes you to "Mostra del cinema", 15 minutes by public boat to St. Marc Square. Pets are welcome.
