Fattoria Suvereto is a biological farm extending over more than 100 hectares in the splendid Tuscan countryside. The structure, which is also the only Italian Roping Academy, the art practised by cowboys to lasso cows, offers you a chance to stay with the bed and breakfast formula. Staying in this magnificent structure means discovering the ancient tastes, smells and sounds which are still present in this area.

The biological produce, the resulting cuisine and a passion for horses are the trade marks of this farm.

Western-style riding courses are organised by Texan instructors in an Academy which has been the only "Italian Roping Academy" officially recognised by the Italian Equestrian Federation for two years now. The horses are all Quarter Horses, mostly imported directly from America, ideal for this discipline and also for peaceful strolls in the area because of their essentially tame nature. The horse racing arena is the biggest in Europe and of a size rarely reached even in the USA.

The housing structure consists of charming and pretty characteristic country houses, all carefully furnished in a rustic Tuscan style. All the elements, including the smallest features in the kitchen, have been chosen to fit in perfectly with the context. The houses have 2 very large bedrooms to which a third bed can be added, a fully-equipped kitchen, a living room, a bathroom with shower, a summerhouse with private garden, outdoor table and laundry. Clearly, the immense open spaces offered by the farm are available to everyone.

The biological produce of the farm comes from more than 100 hectares of the farm. Particularly noteworthy is the oil produced exclusively from the farm olives, crushed cold in an olive mill on the hills of Castagneto Carducci, in full respect of the best traditions, and packed in splendid bottles for the guests.
