REVIEW: We had an EXCELLENT stay at Chicca. The service provided was outstanding and our requests were rapidly attended to. It was a pleasure to meet Cristina and her Mum. There were enough breakfast products available to feed many people!!!! THANK YOU.The apartment is easily accessible from The Roma Termini Train station and taxis, buses, the hop/hop off Buses and the metro are all very close. We walked to many of the main attractions. We recommend CHICCA to everyone.

REVIEW: We had a great time during our visit to Rome. Location is very close to main train and bus station and extra keys provided security comfort in the heart of Rome.Even though we knew what we wanted to see in Rome, Marina's advises, map and directions were very helpful.
Thanks to Cristina - She packs fridge and cupboard full. It was very convenient to have a kitchen in B&B - you can cook or just have a croissant with coffee when you want. Room was spacious, clean and with nice design. One need to know that shampoo is not included - bring your own. I find that it is always helpful to have your favorite shampoo when you travel in Europe. And PLEASE call them with your exact time of arrival -it will save you time, since they don't live there.
Many thanks to Marina and Cristina's hospitality!

REVIEW: First of all - thanks for people from Italia Lodging for finding me such a place.
Near metro A, near Termini - absolutely wonderful comunication for all my destination.
Spacious room with nice bathroom.
If you are afraid of imigrants from East and Africa- then that is no place for you - although they are very peaceful and friendly.people. Make sure to contact owner before coming - she is a nice women
but not very helpful sometimes.
But frankly -for me it was essential to be in Rome once again - and for me it was absolutely nice
place to live in.

REVIEW: Maria and Christina were very welcoming and helpful when we arrived, The apartment was well located and the facilities good - large bright bedroom which was very clean and comfortable with a good ensuite.
The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of breakfast items.
We enjoyed our stay very much-location is good as its close to the main station for airport transport and also the No 71 bus to central Rome is only a few minutes away

REVIEW: Chicca is a nice and easy to find B&B, with very friendly hostesses. Our room was well equiped, big and clean. The bathroom was appropriate, with the shower having some trouble with the water pressure. The breakfast was included, but not served, as everything was stored at the fridge. We liked the fact that we were able to make it on our own time. A perfect location to explore Rome, close to bus and metro.

REVIEW: We arrived in Rome just after a major storm that caused flooding all over the place. It put the lift out of action for a day which happened to be when we arrived. 5 Flights of steps with bags. Wow! Can't blame the owners for this. Hosts were very helpful and provided some great suggestions for restaurants etc. The instructions to locate the B&B were very simple to follow and its very close to Rome Termini station and easy to get to most places by walking or the Metro. The rooms are large, the self catered breakfast was great as we could make what we wanted on the day and the Italian coffee was awesome. Also being able to make coffee/tea when needed was very convenient. Internet connection was fast. We stayed for 4 nights and would recommend Chicca B&B to anyone wanting to spend more than just a few days in Rome.

REVIEW: I visited Rome with my Mother, my Aunt and 8 month old Daughter Sophia :-). When we arrived Christina and Marina came down to greet us and helped us with our bags and showed us to our room. Our aprtment was extremely big with a double bed, single bed and a travel cot for my daughter had also been included. There was a private en-suite bathroom aswell as air-con, a fan and a flat screen TV. The kitchen was always spotless and the fridge was full packed with food during our whole stay.
Overall the trip was amazing we loved the apartment and Rome in general is a beautiful city.
Thank You So much!!

REVIEW: To whom may be considering to stay at CHICCA B&B,
My aunt, grandmother and I decided to visit Rome this September and decided to stay at this particular b&b. When we arrived at Termini station(were we had access to the underground) we only had approximately a 5-10 minute walk to get to Chicca. When we arrived we phoned the owner and she came down to greet us. She was very friendly and polite and took us to our room which was on the sixth floor (during our whole stay we never climbed the stairs as we always used the lift). When we got in the apartment we were surprised at how bigger it was than what we had expected. There was the kitchen, a very very spacious corridor and 3 rooms. 2 of which were locked for other guests. Our room was spacious with a private en-suite bathroom. The owner had already filled the fridge with croissants and orange juices and yogurts and eggs and the cupboard was full of crackers and snacks. She asked us what milk we preferred(whole, skimmed, semi) and bought it for us. The sheets were clean and toilet spotlessly clean. We had been given enough towels for all our stay. We had an air conditioner, a fan and a television. We really enjoyed out stay here and would DEFINATELY recommend it to a friend or family member and would surely stay here again in my future visits in Rome.

REVIEW: Bonjour,

REVIEW: We were a university group of 11 and had booked chicca 1 and chicca 2 so we had them to ourselves. The apartments were beautiful (chicca 1 feels like we were all living in Rome) and Christina and her mother were very welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. They asked us what we all wanted for breakfast and then shopped for us so stocked up the fridge. The terrace was amazing (in a heatwave that we had) the rooms were big, clean and cool, and the area very safe. Although Termini may not be as glamourous as other parts of Rome, it is a living neighbourhood so central to everything and our location was very quiet. We loved it and will all be coming back next time in Rome. I thoroughly recommend this property. Thankyou for making our time in Rome so great!

REVIEW: We were very happy with the accommodation. Though the entrance looked like it could use a fresh coat of paint, the unit was very clean, roomy, comfortable and pleasantly decorated. The location was perfect - very close to the train station. I think we would have had a very hard time finding it however (no obvious sign) if we had not taken advantage of the limo service through Italia Lodging from the airport . The landlord was very pleaseant, accommodating and spoke English very well.

REVIEW: Great people make the world a better place! Chicca, her mother Marina and father Mario have made CHICCA B&B a comfortable, clean, affordable place to stay with spacious, nicely decorated bedrooms, a functional well stocked breakfast kitchen, complete with a roman size (small) elevator for an authentic feel in the bustling city of Rome. Only a 5 minute walk from the main train station, City tour pick up/drop off points, restaurants and more. A 15 minute stroll by shops and through a park to the Coliseum and other great attractions. Enjoy Rome!

REVIEW: Our group consisting of 5 adults occupied the " CHICCA B & B " which was very claen and wonderfully stocked with goodies for breakfast. The accommodation consists of 3 separate rooms with their own shower and toilet, living area and sepaarte kitchen.
This B&B was very clean with a lift very handy for suitcases and is only within a short walking distance from the Termini Railway Station. A real benefit for those not wishing to spend extra on taxis and /or buses and a great saving on time.
We were met by a very nice lady who explained all that was required and the total floor area was ours to enjoy in privacy.
There were a few keys to use but this added great security comfort in the heart of Rome.
We were wery pleased with the tariff, the locality, the security, the cleanliness, the privacy and the terrace on the top of the building, great for views and sipping a glass of Presecco with antipasto.
We would gladly come here again next time in Rome.

REVIEW: Landlady was extremely accommodation and generous. They spent time with a map providing us of what to do and see and how to get there and also advising us of local facilities. We were extremely happy with the apartment and our room and ensuite bathroom were light filled and bautifully furnished and presented. Marina and Christina (owners) were wonderful and provided us with plentiful breakfast provisions and beautiful coffee. The kitchen was very well appointed and being able to prepare breakfast ourselves when it suited was wonderful. We certainly took advantage of the roof top garden to eat our breakfast every morning and loved the view of Rome's roof tops! We would definately stay here again.
