An old farm, vineyards and "vino nobile", the noble wine, olive-groves and the slopes of the tuscan hills. Here's the holiday farm "Villa Nottola". At a distance of only 4 Km. from Montepulciano you will find five restored farm-houses available for your accomodation in deluxe rooms, suites and holiday houses. To crown it all there are also a restaurant, a tasting-room with wine-sale and a big swimming-pool right in the middle of the olive-grove.

Six large deluxe rooms have been gained from the old "vinsantaia" e.g. the cellar where the dessert-wine called "Vinsanto" was usually kept for ageing.Every room is furnished in a Tuscan "poor-art style" with original wooden-beams ceilings and equipped with air-conditioning, heating, sat-Tv, telephone, fridge and large bathroom with shower

There are 13 suites altogether obtained from the restoration of the old stalls and of the old "oliviera" e.g. the place where the olives were spread out before pressing. All of them have a living-room, a bedroom and bathroom with wooden ceiling or brick-vaults. Air conditioning, heating, sat-Tv, telephone, fridge and large bathroom with shower everywhere. Here you can accomodate a third person thanks to a sofa-bed in the living-room.

The main country-house "Villa padronale" has been divided into eight (8) apartments of different sizes which can give lodging up to seven people, each of them with completely outfitted kitchen, sat-Tv, telephone and indipendent heating system.Those on the first floor have a terrace or a balcony with tables and chairs.

A restaurant has been realized under the "Vinsantaia" where once there was abarn: It's a confortable place in tuscan-style furnishing and wonderful wooden beams. It proposes hand-made pasta, grilled meat and game according to the old tuscan cooking tradition. In the restaurant cellar - wine shop are kept all the best labels of the area
