The Bed and Breakfast is situated on the hill of San Saba (Aventino) a few meters from the famous ancient public baths "Terme di Caracalla" and from the remains of ancient Rome (Circo Massimo, Colosseo, Palatino, Foro Romano, via Appia Antica) all easy to reach within a short walking distance. At the same distance there are the Piramide of Caio Cestio and the characteristic quarter of Testaccio; the house is near bus stops, underground and train from/to airport Leonardo da Vinci (Fiumicino). The lodging used as B&B consists of a suite of a general surface of mq. 30, composed of: - a large bright doubleroom (20 mq.), with two windows with a view on gardens below, fridge, table, 2 armchairs (possible one more bed); - a study with writing desk and library; - a private bathroom with shower cabin, hair dryer, monodose products etc. indipendent heating, electronic ceiling fans. The breakfast is be served into the suite, or in the kitchen.

All services are included in the price: breakfast, frigo bar beverages, city maps and guides. Credit cards not accepted, payment cash at the arrival. Children under 3 don't pay. Third bed euro 35. The only extra payment (on request): car rent.
