B&B Riviera 281 is located in Palazzo San Teodoro in the Riviera di Chiaia, the residential area bordering on Naples' attractive waterfront. King Ferdinand IV took a liking to the Chiaia area in the 1700s and it subsequently became favoured by noble and aristocratic families. Their neoclassical palazzi overlooking the sea are still visible today along the magnificent waterfront.

Palazzo San Teodoro was designed in the early 19th century by Gugliemo Bechi, the renowned Tuscan architect who also designed the Real Villa for the Bourbon royal family. Riviera281 overlooks the spectacular public gardens of the Real Villa.

Three bedrooms with private bath, a living room, a kitchen and a terrace commanding spectacular sea views across the Real Villa are available, all located on the 4th floor with elevator access. The glow of soft light from the windows overlooking the bay fills the breakfast room.

A large open-air terrace, small covered terrace, living room, internet point and fully equipped kitchen are available to guests.

Riviera281 is situated in the heart of the Riviera di Chiaia district, alongside Naples' luxury hotels. It is a perfect base for holidays, business trips, or blissful relaxation.
