A nice bed and breakfast and a charming Villa in Valpolicella

We live in Valpolicella, in the foothills of the Dolomites, between Garda lake and Verona. The valley is cultivated with cherry trees, olive trees and vineyards. Our valley almost magically produces world-famous red wines: "Valpolicella", the "Amarone" and the "Reciotto", not to mention the nearby whites: Soave, Custoza and Lugana. In this beauty we have restored an old stone tobacco drying barn to make our home, generous rooms for the Bed and Breakfast and additional space for workshops. Besides the natural beauty and quiet our laboratories are available to guests to work with clay and to satisfy the curiosities of the palate from food to wine.

The guest rooms are three. They are very large and comfortable with a bed and private bathroom. Each room is uniquely furnished with plenty of window light. One can also choose a suite with a small kitchen for longer stays. In every room there is a third and fourth single bed.

Casa di Giuliana is a wonderful four-story country house of stone set on a wine estate. The house was restored (from half of a huge tobacco drying barn) with great care and taste, perfectly balancing antique and more modern elements.The top floor of the house has recently been air-conditioned for added comfort on the rare summer nights when it may be desired On the main floor is a spacious living/dining room with a welcoming fireplace. Sliding glass doors lead to the kitchen, which is fully equipped including microwave and dishwasher, and a utility room with clothes washer. The kitchen opens onto a large terrace, perfect for outdoor dining in view of the garden and the surrounding hills.

On the second floor are two large queen bedrooms, each with its own en suite bath and with a sofa bed that opens into two single beds that are appropriate for two children. On the third floor, which is air-conditioned, there is an even larger twin-bedded room, illuminated by a skylight and offering views on three sides. Another queen-bedded room and a cozy twin bedroom are located on this level. A spacious bathroom is shared by these three bedrooms. All of the bathrooms in the house have both tub and shower
