REVIEW: Very friendly & helpful welcome. We were left free to treat the place like our own home. We are a family of 6 + 1 extra and occupied 3 rooms. All rooms had ensuite and tv and were very clean and cosy. Wifi is free and available in the hallway seating area. Excellent site for exploring the sites of Rome. Across the road from the trevi fountain and just up the street from the Spanish steps (& McDonalds). We really enjoyed our time there and would certainly use Eva's rooms again if we were staying in Rome.

REVIEW: fantastic position to walk to all major attractions situated on a street close to the Spanish steps.
Surrounded in scaffold during our stay which did nothing for the visual outlook. Clean and comfortable
Inside with helpful staff. Rooms are a little basic with no tea /coffee making or English news channel
On the TV but clean and tidy.
Best position for short stay

REVIEW: Great location friendly helpful family and staff. Large comfortable beds and rooms.
I would have liked a tv English news channel also tea and coffee facilities in the room
Along with the Sunday breakfast served in our room instead of going over the road to a cafe
For a bun and coffee in a small cafe with very few seats.
Overall good value for Rome and the best location foe sightseeing 5 mins walk to
Spanish steps and trevi fountain.

REVIEW: Wonderful location near Spanish steps and Trevi fountain. On a side street so not so much loud traffic as a main road would have. Rooms were very adequate (we had 2 rooms) and the AC worked well. Continental breakfast was typical as anywhere. The staff spoke very good English...always a huge plus. We would stay there again.

REVIEW: My husband and I spent 4 days at Eva's Rooms the end of June to early July. We had a great stay. The B&B is very convient to accessing transportation to wherever one would want to go and within walking distance of many of the top sites in Rome. The accomodations were very comfortable and clean with working air conditioning and a nice bathroom. Breakfast is off premisis at a small local "cafeteria" just down the street. The pasteries were fresh and the coffee was strong, but that's the way the Italians like it! The staff was helpful and Eva was a wonderful hostess. The one issue we would suggest the management reconsider is making it easier to use credit cards for payment. Our confirmation had told us we were to pay cash, but upon arrival a staff member confirmed we could use our card. This created a bit of an issue upon check-out, but Eva very graciously worked with us to solve the problem. We would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone wanting a convenient location in Rome.

REVIEW: Very good value indeed in the heart of Rome with large well appointed rooms, air conditioning, ensuite bathrooms (but with the world's smallest showers). Friendly concierge and plenty of brochures, maps, etc of Rome.
Just one thing...we were assured by Italialodging that there was a breakfast room as we were with a group of friends and wante to have breakfast together. Despite double checking on this facility we found that there IS not a breakfast room and in fact breakfast is a voucher which one takes to a cafe along the street. So not really a B and B but good value all the same, especially in Rome which is a very expensive city.

REVIEW: Wonderfully located B&B with charming rooms; mine had a fresco painted on the ceiling. Bed was comfortable. A good night's sleep at a reasonable price.
