This beautiful Rome apartment, furnished by an interior designer and just very recently renovated, it is situated in the centre of Rome in a Renaissance building which was once a convent. It's located on Colle Oppio area, very close to the Coliseum, where in the roman times emperor Titus had his roman bath. It is in a quiet and green area: you can find a beautiful park facing the Coliseum on your doorstep. Beautifully appointed, quiet, charming, perfectly equipped, sunny and affordable . This surprisingly bright apartment is 85 sq. m. large and it is divided on two floors. Entering the apartment you will find yourself in a large living room with a kitchen complete with washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, stoves and oven. This area has a big gorgeous old table seating 8 people, two couches where can sleep 2 people, and two big windows.. Next to the living room there is a bedroom with a queen size bed and a private bathroom containing a bathtub. The second floor is an open space with a double bed, complete with closet and a seating-area that can be turned into two single beds and a second bathroom with a shower. All the apartment is air-conditioned.
In the vicinity of this first class apartment there is also an array of beautiful and very important churches such as San Pietro in Vincoli that hosts one of Michelangelo's masterpieces, the Moses. There are two of the major Basilicas, Santa Maria Maggiore that dates back to as far as 315 a.d. and San Giovanni in Laterano, that used to be the first papal seat before the Vatican. All this is in the immediate vicinity of the apartment together with the Coliseum, the Domus Aurea, Imperial Forums, the Arc of Costantino, Palatino hill. The area is full of lovely roman restaurants and shops of every kind.
