"La Luna nella mano" (the Moon in your Hands) is a pretty bed and breakfast located a few km from the centre of Agropoli, overlooking the sea from the top of a hill. Agropoli is a lively seaside town with many beaches and a harbour, a byzantine castle and the ancient church of Saint Peters and Paul. The accommodation offers to its guests three well-furnished rooms and a typical Mediterranean garden where to relax and enjoy the amazing view of the Cilento coast and its National Park. The innkeepers, Michele and Tiziana, speak English and offer a very friendly and personal service to their guests.

The B&B is composed of a double room with private bathroom and other two double rooms which share a bathroom, the ideal solution for a group of friends or a family with children. Rooms are painted with bright colours and furnished with antique pieces. The whole place has a cozy and relaxing atmosphere.

"La Luna nella Mano" B&B has a typical Mediterranean garden with olive, fig, and almond trees, as well as vines. The centre of town and the best beaches of the area, as the wonderful Trentova bay, are within easy reach (about 4 kms).

Its strategic position - and its very good transportation connection - makes it the ideal starting point for excursions to many interesting places, like the ancient Greek ruins at Paestum and Velia, the Roman treasures of Pompeii, the beautiful islands of Capri and Ischia and the Amalfi and Cilento coast. During Summer, it is possible to reach Capri and Ischia by fast boat from the harbour of Agropoli.

The accommodation is also part of 'Legambiente', the Italian ecological association which encourages best environmental practice and the preservation of nature.
