A very nice setting in a charming property in Umbria

We would like to welcome you to our property, estate consisting in three Casale-villas all of them situated on a hill- top with a fantastic view, and surrounded by an impressive very old trees park of pines (the symbol of the little village below). All of the proposed solutions are part of an indescribable property of about 15 acres of land, all with fence and automatic gate (you will receive a remote control), plenty of possibility of relaxation. You can walk in the property through trekking paths, lay under the sun or swim in the chlorine free-swimming-pool

The apartments are from a minimum of 45 to an average space of 100 square metres. All of them have been restored taking care to leave the original structure. They are comfortable and the rooms are furnished with antique furniture, together with modern comforts as satellite television. We also have a tower room (on the top of the casolare with terrific view) used as double or triple (of about 40 square meters and bathroom with bath-tub).

In particular, we have the "Baita" apartment (45 square metres) with a double and a single bed furnished with lovely pieces of antiques (the double bed was of a count of end 1700), a kitchen provided with all tools, a fireplace and a bathroom with shower.

An other apartment "Chalet" is of about 100 square metres and can be occupied by up to 2 families with children (even 4+3) because it has 2 very big bedroom, a large living-room with fireplace and en-suite kitchen, a very big bathroom and 2 independent entrances.

The old farmhouse is situated on a real hilltop side with wonderful view in a great meadow, old pines trees park, (the symbol of the village of Ramazzano) and a little wood where you'll find tables, chairs and hammocks and a barbecue.").
