REVIEW: Great place to stay. Centrally located near Termini station, laundry, internet, great restaurants. The room was very tastefully decorated, with new modern amenities. Very clean. Highly recommended

REVIEW: The place was clean and suited our requirements and pockets. Location was easy walking distance to many of the sights in Rome, and close to public transport if required (although we walked mostly). Breakfast was a very simple, help yourself to yoghurt, toast, cheese and jam. In total, nothing fancy, but would be happy to stay here again and recommend to others. One warning - when getting there and coming via the Termini station by train - check the exits and directions carefully because we came out and walked to the 4th road as per the directions - yet we had exited from an exit much further down the road and therefore were walking in the wrong direction. Very frustrating on a hot day with luggage....

REVIEW: Hi I rate this place very high for the following reasons: Excellent location Good house keeping Unlimited access to the kitchen (important for travelling kids) Very quiet Good inhouse infrastructure As advertised the place is right opposite the Termini railway staion that allows one to have direct access from the airport....so no need to cart baggage around the city by public transport. We received quite clear directions prior to our departure on how to get to the place - so despite it being our first visit to Italy, we were could confortably locate the building with our bags in tow within minutes of getting off the direct train from the airport. There was someone waiting to welcome us, to explain the way around, share a map, offer a warm coffee and settle the bill. The place was very warm and confortable, the beds and infracture was just perfect and what really helped on the cold evenings is that we could access the kitchen as and when required. This in addition to the breakfast adds up to a massive cost saving as one can pick up supplies and stock it in the fridge and heat and eat when required. Besides being a very convenient location, the place is also very quiet so we got a sound night sleep on the confortable beds. Finally the place is very private - the house keeper visited once a day to stock up on the supplies, clean and check all was well. I do hope to visit Rome again and will definately stay at this place if available. Keep up the good work. Regards
