The "Relais Oroscopo" Hotel is in Tuscany, in the province of Arezzo. It is in the Sansepolcro district, home to Piero della Francesca and Luca Pacioli, just a few kilometres from the rural town of Caprese Michelangelo where the world-famous artist Michelangelo was born. The Hotel was built in an old colonial home from the Nineteenth-Century and has been completely restructured. The locations is extremely peaceful, far away from traffic, and is a great starting point for interesting day trips to places like Arezzo, Assisi, Gubbio, Perugia, Urbino, the Republic of San Marino, La Verna and the Montecasale Hermitage.

The Hotel has ten rooms, all different. Every room has a different name. Some of them are furnished with Nineteenth-Century French and English furniture. They are all quiet and comfortable. Each of the rooms is different in terms of the furniture and style and this is why they all have different names: Imperial, Victorian, Platonic, Tunisian, Plagiary, Virtuous, African, Sensual, English, Ortensia. Each of the rooms has the following: bathroom, shower, hairdryer, television, telephone with direct access and heating. The Imperial, Victorian, Plagiary, Virtuous and Ortensia Rooms have double beds and can have a third bed added. The Platonic, Africana and English Rooms are double rooms for couples or can have two single beds. The Tunisian and Sensual Rooms have French-style beds so can be used as either double or single rooms.

Sansepolcro is in the centre of an area, the Tuscan "Valtiberina" area, from where it is just an hour by car to the following places: Assisi, Perugia, Gubbio, Siena, Arezzo, Cortona, La Verna, Camaldoli, San Marino and Rimini. Paola and Marco's cuisine takes its inspiration from the surrounding area. They have taken part in several cuisine courses at the best restaurants (Italian and French) so they are thoroughly professional and confident in their cooking skills and choice and use of the raw materials. All of this means light recipes, for a sensible modern diet, but still incredibly tasty and enjoyable. The selection of the very best Italian wines (as well as a few French bottles) completes the "pedigree" of this little countryside delight, referred to in the most highly-considered worldwide food and drink guides (Italian Cuisine Academy, "Bella Italia", "Espresso", "Gambero Rosso", Michelin, Touring Club and Veronelli).
