Guy de Maupassant used to say:
"I love to go back many times to the same monument or to the same painting; thus, above all the figurative arts, the most cerebral, the most fascinating is architecture.
This Art made of lines, which dooms over our souls with its design and seduces us with its sober grace made of details, it's almost unconceivable for the skilled middle class of today.
Thus, to conceive and depict a rare monument, one of those which can contain the history of a race, of a civilization and the spirit of its people, you need a great intelligence, a wonderful mirror that reflects the beautiful images, the highly intuitive ideas, the materials, all at the same time.
I could say it's better to live here, with these carved stones, than with the nice Parisian ladies, who do not last for such a long time.
All rooms are fitted with double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables, all in the so-called "poor-art" style, fridge, TV set, and, on request, Internet connection. Exclusive access to private bathroom with shower.
