It is made up of a primitive nucleus, a square tower built at the end of the XII century then added on to in the XIII century. The interior has maintained the window openings of the XIII cent. and the characteristics of the later plan of the VII and VIII centuries.

The tower is surrounded by a secular park, where the owners have reinstated an VIII century garden enriched by thee above mentioned unique antique rose collection. Of particular interest is the 17th century recently restored chapel, encompassed by gardens and particularly suitable for religious celebrations.
