The "La Pernice" tourism farm offers its guests five mini-apartments which are completely independent and all furnished in a nice rustic style. There are also common areas with a lovely fireplace. The elements in the various rooms have been selected with great care to retain the charm of the real old Umbrian country houses: the wooden crossbeams and rafters as well as all the furniture. All the apartments have their own independent kitchen.

Outdoors, the big swimming pool guarantees real relaxation and fun in the good weather. The park and surrounding hills are perfect for spectacular horse rides.

The famous art cities nearby are the perfect combination for the peace and quiet of nature here: Perugia, Assisi, Todi, Città della Pieve, Spoleto, Orvieto, Gubbio and all the small towns around Lake Trasimeno.
