The service I have received from Italia Lodging has been outstanding. I initailly had trouble trying to find a triple room with good reviews in central Rome, but Italia Lodging were able to help straight away.
The team have always responded very quickly and been very efficient dealing with any queries.
I had to change my booking last minute and again the service was excellent. Connie in particular has been very helpful and very prompt responding.
I will definitely use your service again and will recommend to friends.

We had a rough flight back to Rome from Lisbon and everyone is really exhausted that we forgot the most important thing in the airport transfer van! My daughter's milk bottles & carrier. I wrote to Italia lodging and they immediately arranged for the kind drivers to send it back to us, as we werent in the next day, they had left it at the chinese restaurant opposite the apartment and we retrieve it with no problem at all.
we are very very grateful and very impress with the wonderful service both by the Italia Lodging staff as well as the drivers.
Aside note:
The drivers are on time, very polite and cheerful yet quiet and respectful. Help with the bags, aware of the traffic condition. They even help to call the innkeeper for all our picks up to ensure they are there when we arrive.
The van is clean and spacious and we are a small family with the most bags, 4.5 people with 12 bags!!!!

1. servizi offerti dal nostro booking office e dal VOSTRO sito in generale: abbiamo trovato : cortesia - tempismo nelle comunicazioni - flessibilità nella modifica delle date di impegno e tolleranza (quando richiesto da scioperi ferroviari non previsti) - disponibilità E "CREDIBILITA' nel pagamento intero solo all'arrivo (= senza la fatica di pagare l'anticipo)

we really enjoyed it so much that we are sure we travel with you again next time.
The kids like it so much they already say they want to visit Venice next time.
So i hope in a few months we are in the possibility to visit this beatiful city.
If you have suggestions ... :-) but its not for next week :-) first we have to work a few months :-)
In juli we go in Cessenatico and we have already regrets we booked this travel because we liked your agency too much.

My 2 friends and I stayed for 4 nights in the beautiful LA PIAZZETTA apartment , 1 double and 1 twin
Very spacious and clean. We were greeted by the lovely Katia, who gave us a warm welcome and gave us plenty of information about the area
i.e restaurants, shops metro. We were 10 mins walk to the metro which was only 3 stops to Rome.
Also there was a very good book on Rome in the bookcase which we all found very useful.
Massimo was also very helpful in arranging check-in time and also he booked private car to take us to the Airport on our departure.
We all enjoyed the jacuzzii, just I had a problem that there were no grab-rails. I had a fear of slipping under the water!!
I would highly recommend this apartment which is in a lovely quiet area and very convenient to all amenities.

My stay is not until September 2012, but just wanted to say how fabulous your staff are. The service for advising me if rooms were available was so speedy and concise and anything I asked about subsequently, was dealt with so quickly and expertly I couldn't fault it. In all my years of booking on line this has to be the best service, EVER!!! I shall be looking forward to my stay in Rome in the knowledge that everthing has been taken care of. Peter and I found your service extremely helpful in the planning of our stay in the Dolomites.
We had spent considerable time searching Google for suitable accommodation for our 5 night stay.
Being quite experienced with booking online, we found the abundance and variety of locations a little daunting, so the existence of your website was most welcome. We had also been concerned about availability of suitable accommodation because we were aware that the annual bike race is being held at that time. Your service made that all so easy!
Your website is user friendly and attractive.
Your response to our criteria was both suitable and most prompt and we looked forward each day for yet another email to appear!
We also felt comfortable about asking advice on hire cars and that has assisted with our booking.
Many thanks to you, Connie, for helping make this important aspect of our trip so painless.
We will certainly use your service again, if we holiday in Italy in the future.

This is a very helpful website. I made reservations for one night and wanted to add a second night. This did not appear possible so Consolata contacted other properties nearby that had rooms available for both nights and we could just click on the links to find another bed and breakfast. Consolata stayed in touch with us through the whole process, and promptly replied to emails shortly after we received automated replies. I wanted to use this site because is is based in the country that we are visiting, but I would especially recommend it because of the personal service that it provides.

Trovare posto in un B&B a Roma in alta stagione per 8 persone senza essersi mossi tanto presto??? Avrei detto impossibile! Invece mi hanno risolto il problema e anche molto rapidamente!

Just want to let you know how much I appreciate Consolate Sodaro's assistance in helping me find lodging for our upcoming trip to Italy. We are a party of eight and I don't know what I would have done without her assistance. My emails were many and her replies were prompt and helpful. I feel very confident that we are going to enjoy our trip and especially the accommodations. Consolate Sodaro has also offered to arrange our transportation from the airport to our first B&B.
