Great location. Close to Metro station. Good breakfast. Agostino and Gian Luca were perfect hosts.
Very knowledgable with great recommendations. Rooms were clean and modern with air conditioning.
Wifi available. Highly recommend.

Out of the 2 weeks we stayed in Italy this was by far the best place ever and I think the best place we have every stayed in during all of our years of travelling.

We stayed 3 days and 2 night at Al Colosseo.
This Bed and Breakfast is well located, 300 metres from the Colosseo, and in a quiet street.
it's a very peaceful place and everything is new; Michael made a lot of changements one year ago.
I cannot put 10/10 'cause the breakfast was not amazing. 2 cup of coffee with croissants in plastic.

Perfect stay for first time in Rome. The hosts took great care of us as they provided many suggestions for how to approach sightseeing, including more scenic walking routes. The accomodation was clean, modern, and quiet at night. We had great sleeps and looked forward to waking up to breakfast each morning. No room for improvements as far as we could tell from our stay.
